Dominique has been an investment banker for close to 25 years, covering the energy industry for 20. He has advised on M&A in the industry on the buy or sell side of transactions, raised equity or debt on behalf of clients of strategic or financial nature. He started his career with Lazard Freres in Paris before moving to London and working for Citi and Morgan Stanley with a focus on utilities and renewables. He also worked for a short time at Poyry Capital, part of what is now Afry, the large energy consultancy. He graduated from HEC in Paris.
Andy has been advising on mergers and acquistions for over thirty years. In that time he has advised on over $100 billion of M&A transactions for clients in most of the countries of Europe as well as the USA, Asia and beyond. His experience covers private buysides and sellsides, public market deals and complex joint ventures. About half of his experience was gained in the M&A department at Morgan Stanley from where he went on to HSBC where he was the Global Head of M&A, and Jefferies where he was Head of M&A for Europe and Asia. He graduated in law from Cambridge University and qualified as lawyer before working at Bain & Co. and obtaining his MBA from INSEAD.
